The next.rs website is run by NEXT Holding, a group based in Novi Pazar, Serbia. Identification and contact details are at the end of this section and on the contact page.

The group is made up of several companies. Responsibility for a service lies with the company that provides it, not with the website: this site is where you read about them, not where a service is contracted.

This is an informational website. Nothing is bought, paid for or contracted here.

Prices, availability and conditions mentioned in the texts are not a binding offer. A contract is concluded with the particular company in the group, under the terms that company sets out in its own agreement.

The texts, photographs, logo and visual identity on this site belong to the group or are used with permission. Copying and republishing them without written consent is not allowed.

Partner and manufacturer logos are an exception: they belong to their owners and appear here only to show who we work with.

A piece of news or a fact from this site may be quoted, provided the source is named and linked.

We keep the information on this site up to date as best we can, but it changes: a job advert closes, a scooter model goes out of stock, a phone number changes.

So if something here matters to your decision, check it by phone or message first. Where our text and our answer on the phone differ, the answer on the phone is the one that counts.

This site links to the websites of the group companies, to partners, and to a Google form for job applications. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and for how they handle data.

Once you follow such a link, that site's terms and privacy policy apply, not these.

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or that no text contains an error.

We are not liable for damage arising from relying on information from this site without checking it first, nor for downtime caused by a failure at our end or at one of our service providers.

We may change these terms. The date of the last change is at the top of this page, and a change takes effect on the day it is published.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court in Novi Pazar has jurisdiction over any dispute.
